Schedule Free Consultation and Dropoff
All Estimates Free. Electronic Repair Diagnosis Requires Shop Minimum Fee of $45. All pricing based on our hourly shop rate of $115.

Consultation & Diagnosis
During your scheduled appointment, we’ll diagnose your repair needs, and also hear your perspective on what work you’d like done. All estimates for pricing and timeline will be established at dropoff.

We Do The Work
All agreed-upon work is done in our shop. If we find anything new that we think needs to be repaired or worked on, we will contact you. No additional work will be done without your approval. We’ll text you with a scheduling link to pickup your guitar when we’re done!

Pick Up Your Guitar!
During your pickup appointment, you will have the opportunity to test out your guitar or bass and make sure it is playing to your liking. Any further adjustments can be made at pickup, or anytime during your 30 day warranty.
Setups & Fret Dress
A great setup is the cornerstone of your guitar’s playability. With a properly setup guitar, you’ll be able to unlock your guitar’s potential. If you’re looking to make your guitar play to the best of its ability, look no further.

Each saddle carved, radiused and compensated by hand to fit into your acoustic guitar, resulting in better tone and intonation. Additional cost may apply if neck is bowed, or requires other setup work.
A PLEK assisted setup uses the PLEK machine to scan your frets and fingerboard to look for any inconsistencies that need to be addressed. From there, we perform a “virtual fret dress” to determine how the machine will level frets based on your playing style. The machine levels and crowns your frets with precision to .001mm
We remove your current nut and replace with bone. Your string spacing is determined and rough cut in our PLEK machine and finished by hand. Additional cost may apply if neck is bowed, frets worn, or requires other setup work. We can lacquer over the edges of your nut after install for an additional charge.
Refrets
Frets getting a bit too worn out? Let’s get some new ones in there! We utilize PLEK technology for every step of the refretting process to insure the best possible results.

Electronics
Let us help you create bullet-proof wiring so your guitar will hold up through the most demanding conditions. From simple repairs and pickup installations to full-on rewiring, we have you covered. Archtop Guitars with no rear access require a $50 upcharge. We like to call this a “nuisance tax.” Strat: $135 plus parts Telecaster: $115 plus parts Les Paul Style: $145 plus parts Add $20 per push/pull or similar potentiometer
Structural Repair
If your bridge is lifting on your acoustic guitar, it’s time for a bridge reset.

Final price based on a tiered system of severity.
Crack humidified and clamped. We do not use cleats unless absolutely necessary! Unless you already own one, crack repairs include the cost of an in-case humidifier.
We try to replace tuners with a similar type that will match the existing footprint. If this isn’t what you want or is not possible with current production, we will plug existing screw holes and replace with your preferred tuner. Pricing by quote if extensive plugging and re-drilling is required.
If you spec it, we can assemble it for you! Please be advised, all new necks from Warmoth, Musikraft, All Parts, etc. will need fret work.
